How do I use Easy Return service?

To use Easy Return service, you may be interested in following questions:

In what condition can you apply for Easy Return?

1)The product must be eligible for Easy Return.

2)The total amount of the product (including shipping fees and excluding tax) should be no more than USD 3,000.

3)The shipping address is in one of the following countries: Australia, Canada, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Russia, the United Kingdom, the United States, France, Spain, Poland, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Portugal, Mexico, Korea, Japan, Chile, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, Israel, Ukraine, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Finland.

4)The reason for the return is due to product quality issues.

5)You can apply for Easy Return once per Trade Assurance order. For example, if you purchased 10 products in a single order and returned 2 products via Easy Return, the remaining 8 products cannot be returned via Easy Return.

How to apply for Easy Return?

1)Find the order you want to return and click "Apply for refund".

2)Fill out the required information and provide evidence to support your application. After you submit, you will usually receive the result within 48 hours.

Terms and conditions: 

Easy Return is only available for orders with the following refund reasons: "Poor quality" or "Wrong materials".

How to return products via Easy Return?
1 You have 15 days from the time your Easy Return is approved to return the product to the warehouse.
2 The warehouse or will cover the shipping fee if you choose to use the shipping methods offered by the warehouse.
3 You will be paying for the shipping fee if you choose to return the items yourself.

First method: shipping method offered by the warehouse/supplier

Step 1: On a piece of paper, write down the Trade Assurance order number and place it inside the package.
Step 2: Print the shipping label provided by warehouse and stick the shipping label on the box.

Step 3: Drop the package at the post office
Note:
①You are not required to pay for shipment; the warehouse will cover the shipping fee. Once the buyer has filed for Easy Return, the buyer must return the items within 15 days.

Second method: return the package on your own

Step 1: On a piece of paper, write down the Trade Assurance order number and place it inside the package.
Step 2: Go to the post office, stick the shipping label on the box and drop it at the post office. You could copy the shipping address after you choose ‘Other logistics carriers’
Step 3: Fill out the Easy Return application with the package provider and tracking number.

Note: Please keep in mind that you will be paying for the shipping fee.
